Who we are
Slotify (“Slotify”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Platinum Coaching LLC, 651 North Broad Street, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, United States. These terms apply to everyone who uses Slotify at slotifyscheduler.com: the business that runs a Slotify workspace (“the business”), its admins and team members such as closers and setters (“team members”), and people who book a call through a Slotify page.
By signing in, connecting an account or booking through Slotify, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Slotify.
The service
Slotify lets a sales team publish booking pages and forms, route each booked call to the right team member, keep team members’ calendars in sync, create a video meeting for every call, send reminders, and track whether calls happened. Features can change over time as we improve the service.
Accounts and access
- Admins of the business create team member accounts and decide what each person can see and do.
- Keep your password and your private setup link to yourself. If you think someone else has access, tell your admin and email us.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. The business is responsible for the accounts it creates.
- We may suspend an account that puts the service, other users or the people booking calls at risk.
Google Calendar and Zoom
Team members can connect their own Google Calendar and Zoom accounts. When you connect one, you allow Slotify to use it only as described in our Privacy Policy and in the guides for Google Calendar and Zoom: to check when you’re busy, add booked calls to your calendar, and create the Zoom meeting for each call.
You can disconnect at any time from Slotify or from your Google or Zoom account. Your use of Google and Zoom stays subject to their own terms. Slotify is not made, endorsed or certified by Google or Zoom.
Your data and your leads’ data
- The business owns the information it puts into Slotify and the information its leads submit through its pages and forms.
- We use that information only to run Slotify for the business, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don’t sell it.
- The business is responsible for having the right to collect and use its leads’ information, including any consent needed to call, text or email them, and for the content of the messages it sets up in Slotify.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use Slotify to:
- break the law, or send messages people haven’t agreed to receive;
- collect information you aren’t allowed to collect, or impersonate someone else;
- try to access accounts, data or systems that aren’t yours, or test, scan or overload the service without our written permission;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Fees
Any fees for Slotify are agreed in writing between Platinum Coaching LLC and the business. Team members and people booking a call don’t pay to use Slotify.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Slotify running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors. Google, Zoom and other services Slotify connects to can also have outages. When a connected service fails, Slotify keeps the booking and uses a backup meeting link where one is set.
Ending your use
You can stop using Slotify at any time, and disconnect Google Calendar or Zoom whenever you like. The business can remove team members, and can ask us to close its workspace and delete its data by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Disclaimers
Slotify is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Slotify helps you schedule and track calls; it does not guarantee that anyone will attend a call or buy anything.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Platinum Coaching LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Slotify. Our total liability for any claim about Slotify is limited to the amount the business paid us for Slotify in the three months before the claim, or US$100 if nothing was paid.
Indemnity
The business agrees to cover Platinum Coaching LLC for claims that arise from the information it collects through Slotify, the messages it sends with Slotify, or its breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll let admins know. Using Slotify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
